1. B2B Software Services Scope

BR API Solution provides B2B software aggregation and application programming interface (API) connectivity exclusively to legally licensed operators and corporate entities. We do not provide consumer-facing gambling services or accept wagers directly from end-users.

2. Operator Regulatory Compliance

Operators utilizing the BR API Solution gateway are solely responsible for ensuring full regulatory compliance, KYC/AML verification, and lawful operation in their respective jurisdictions.

3. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Uptime

We maintain a 99.99% network uptime commitment for our API endpoints, supported by multi-region server redundancy and continuous automated health checks.

4. Intellectual Property

All provider trademarks, game titles, logos, and mathematical models are the proprietary intellectual property of their respective creators (Evolution, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Spribe, etc.) and are distributed under legitimate B2B developer licensing.
